1. Medicines Cannot Normally Be Returned

Medicines and healthcare products are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered because proper storage conditions cannot be verified after delivery.

This policy helps ensure the safety and quality of medicines for all customers.

2. Returns Are Accepted Only In These Cases

We may accept a replacement or refund if:

  • You received the wrong medicine.

  • You received a damaged product.

  • The medicine package was tampered with before delivery.

  • The product was expired at the time of delivery.

  • The ordered product is missing from your package.

  • An incorrect quantity was delivered.

3. Reporting an Issue

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please keep ready:

  • Order Number

  • Photographs of the package

  • Photographs of the medicine

  • Batch number (if applicable)

Our support team will review the request before approving any replacement or refund.

4. Prescription Medicines

Prescription medicines are dispensed only after pharmacist verification.

Once supplied correctly against a valid prescription, they cannot be returned simply because:

  • symptoms improved,

  • doctor changed the medicine later,

  • medicine is no longer required,

  • customer ordered by mistake.

5. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before pharmacist processing.

Once medicines have been packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
